Do we need space inside the building?
No. The clinic is fully self-contained in the van. Employees walk out to the parking lot, get adjusted in the van, and walk back in. You don't need to set up or clear any space.
How long does a session take?
Each employee typically takes 15–20 minutes. A block of 6 employees runs about 1.5–2 hours total. Sessions scale linearly with headcount — we provide a schedule on booking.
Is this covered by health insurance?
MyChiro is a cash-based practice, which means we operate outside of insurance entirely. This actually simplifies things for HR — there's one flat invoice, no claims, no coordination.
What if fewer employees show up than expected?
Monthly retainer rates are flat regardless of attendance — that's intentional, as it protects your scheduling and simplifies budgeting. Per-visit blocks are priced on booked headcount.
