Do we need space inside the building?
No. The clinic is fully self-contained in the van. Employees walk out to the parking lot, get adjusted in the van, and walk back in. You don't need to set up or clear any space.
How long does a session take?
Most return visits take about 10 minutes. First appointments usually take 20-30 minutes so we have time to talk, examine the problem, and decide what care makes sense. We'll arrange the schedule ahead of time so everyone knows when to come out.
Is this covered by health insurance?
MyChiro is a cash-based practice, which means we operate outside of insurance entirely. This actually simplifies things for HR — there's one flat invoice, no claims, no coordination.
What if fewer employees show up than expected?
Monthly retainer rates are flat regardless of attendance — that's intentional, as it protects your scheduling and simplifies budgeting. Per-visit blocks are priced on booked headcount.
Do employees need to have existing headache, neck, and back problems?
Not at all. Most corporate wellness clients are a mix of people with chronic issues and people who want to stay ahead of them. Maintenance care is just as valuable as treatment.
