About Dr. Lucas Marchand
The Doctor Who Comes to you.
Most chiropractors ask you to work around their schedule, their location, and their system. MyChiro was built on a different premise — that great care should fit your life, not the other way around.

The Story
Why I built a clinic on wheels.
I became a chiropractor because I've always loved connecting with people and helping them feel their best. The work made sense to me immediately. What didn't make sense was the system around it.
Patients were skipping appointments because of traffic. Rescheduling because of work. Putting off care because getting there felt like another item on an already full plate. The problem wasn't chiropractic — it was access.

"The best adjustment in the world doesn't help if the patient never shows up to get it."
So in 2016, I built MyChiro — a fully equipped mobile clinic that brings care directly to patients at their home, office, or driveway. No waiting rooms. No rushed appointments. No friction between you and feeling better.
What started as a portable table and a belief in a better model has evolved into a fully equipped van-based clinic — the same clinical outcomes, delivered on your schedule.

Fully Equipped Mobile Clinic
107 five-star reviews. A fully equipped van-based clinic. The same solo provider every visit.
Care Philosophy
How I approach every visit.
Clinical outcomes first. Every time. The goal isn't to keep you coming back indefinitely — it's to get you out of pain quickly, give you the tools to stay that way, and be there when you need a tune-up.
01
Assess first, treat second
Every new patient visit starts with a thorough health history and movement assessment. We figure out what's actually going on before we start fixing it.
02
Efficient, focused treatment
Soft tissue work, targeted stretching, and precise adjustment — in that order. Not a 3-minute pop and out the door. Not an hour of unnecessary modalities either.
03
Reevaluate and adjust
At visit six — or week two, whichever comes first — we measure progress and adjust the plan. From there, care transitions to maintenance or as-needed visits based on your goals.

Techniques & Methods
A complete toolkit, not a one-trick practice.
Every patient is different. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques means treatment can be tailored to your specific needs, comfort level, and goals — not forced into a single approach.
Why Mobile
The model exists for a reason.
Mobile chiropractic isn't a novelty. It's a better delivery system for the same clinical outcomes. Patients who don't have to rearrange their day to get care are patients who actually show up — and keep showing up.
That consistency is what produces results. And results are the whole point.
-
No waiting rooms
Your appointment starts when we arrive, not when the person before you finishes.
-
Same provider every visit
No rotating associates. Dr. Lucas knows your history because he was there for all of it.
-
Fully equipped
The van carries everything a complete chiropractic visit requires. You bring comfortable clothing.
-
Same-day availability
When your back locks up on a Sunday morning, that's when you need care. Not Tuesday at 2pm.

Sioux Falls raised.
Built to stay.
I was born in India and adopted as an infant, grew up in Storm Lake, Iowa, and have called Sioux Falls home since 1993. I played every sport I could — football, basketball, soccer, track — and earned a football scholarship to Wayne State College. That background informs everything about how I think about the body, movement, and pain.
I've been doing this in Sioux Falls since 2016. Every visit is with me — no associates, no rotating staff. I know my patients' histories because I was there for all of them.
Outside the van I'm training most mornings, maintaining a 75-gallon reef tank, and spending time with my girlfriend, our dog Toto, and a community I've been part of for thirty plus years.
